TiazTea will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Due to TGA and FDA regulations worldwide we are not able to accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our tea blends. Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via email hello@tiaztea.com to discuss the refund process. If you change your mind and no longer require the product, we do not accept any returns.
Tea replacement: if for some reason your tea is damaged in postal transit, and you have photo evidence of the damage along with a complete pack of unopened tea package, please email us at hello@tiaztea.com and we will commence email communication with you to reach a resolution.
We do not have a 'money-back guarantee' policy. If you did not achieve the desired physical/aesthetic outcome from our tea then we will not issue refunds as we acknowledge everybody is different and therefore may react to the health benefits of ingredients differently.
